Product Description
Give your Big Green Egg® a flat-top and an open-flame sear zone in one upgrade. The Arteflame Two-Piece Kit includes both:
-
a flat-top griddle outer ring for sautéing, smashing, and frying, and
-
a center grill grate for direct-flame, steakhouse searing and classic grill marks.
Precision laser-cut from premium U.S. carbon steel, the two pieces fit together securely, delivering even heat, serious sear power, and a naturally low-stick patina that improves with every cook.
Why You’ll Love It
-
Two Surfaces, One Setup: Work the griddle ring for eggs, veggies, smash burgers & pancakes while the center grate handles steaks, chops, and flame-kissed finishes.
-
Even, Reliable Heat: Carbon steel absorbs and distributes heat for consistent results—skip the hot-spot guessing.
-
Charcoal Flavor + Control: Keep that signature kamado smokiness while gaining flat-top precision.
-
Drop-In Convenience: Designed for quick install/removal in Big Green Egg® charcoal cookers.
-
Built to Last: Premium U.S. carbon steel seasons like cast iron and only gets better over time.
-
Easy Cleanup: Scrape while warm, wipe, lightly oil—done.

-
Clean: While warm, scrape, wipe, and apply a light coat of oil to protect.
